ASSEMBLY - A DAY IN THE LIFE OF EXCELLENCE

The students of Class V-A presented a vibrant and meaningful morning assembly on the theme A Day in the Life of Excellence. The program began with a calming meditation and OM chanting, setting a peaceful tone for the day. This was followed by the multilingual Thought for the Day in English, Hindi, French, and Sanskrit, each reflecting different perspectives on the value of excellence in daily life.

A dynamic news segment, presented live from the “Goenkan Newsroom,” kept the audience informed with updates on national, international, sports, weather, and school news. The central highlight of the assembly was a thought-provoking skit titled “The Excellence Express,” which conveyed the idea that true excellence lies not in perfection, but in giving one’s best, showing discipline, and helping others grow.

The program continued with a self-composed rap performance and an energetic dance on “Kar Har Maidan Fateh,” both celebrating determination and grit. A fun rapid-fire quiz engaged the audience, reinforcing the key messages of the assembly. The event concluded with a motivational group song and a heartfelt address by the Headmistress, leaving everyone inspired to strive for excellence in all areas of life.
