ASSEMBLY - THE POWER OF POSITIVE MINDSET

Positivity is a powerful force that shapes how we face challenges, learn from experiences, and achieve success. With this uplifting thought in mind, the students of Grade 3 A presented an inspiring and lively morning assembly on the theme “The Power of a Positive Mindset”. The programme began with a warm welcome, followed by a soulful morning prayer, setting a tone of harmony and hope. The thought of the day reminded everyone of the importance of beginning each day with optimism. The Newsroom Segment brought engaging updates on national, international, sports, and school events, keeping the audience informed and energized.
A short skit titled The Two Seeds beautifully illustrated how a positive mindset can lead to growth, while fear and negativity can hold us back. Students participated in a fun Magical Glasses quiz, sharing optimistic solutions to everyday challenges. Inspiring words from great personalities like Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam and Thomas Edison reinforced the message that positivity helps us rise above obstacles.
The assembly also featured an engaging “Compliment Circle” activity, encouraging kindness and appreciation, followed by a vibrant dance performance that filled the atmosphere with joy. Our respected Headmistress addressed the gathering with her motivating words, urging students to face challenges with courage and belief in themselves. Towards the end, selected students who had excelled at various inter school competitions and at district and state levels sports championships were called on stage to be recognized for their achievements. Their remarkable accomplishments brought great pride and honour to the school, earning them well-deserved applause. The assembly concluded with a positive pledge and the School Anthem, leaving everyone inspired to carry positivity into their daily lives.
