ASSEMBLY ON HEALTHY HABITS
(September 10, 2026)
The Little Goenkans of Nursery B presented a cheerful and meaningful assembly on “Healthy Habits”, highlighting simple practices that help children stay healthy, happy, strong and independent. The assembly began with a morning prayer and positive affirmations, encouraging children to embrace confidence, gratitude and positivity.
Through a lively Healthy Habits Rhyme, the young learners shared the importance of brushing their teeth twice a day, eating fruits and vegetables, drinking enough water, and getting adequate sleep. They further reinforced these messages through confident presentations on personal hygiene and healthy living.
The children spoke about waking up early, taking regular baths, keeping their hair and nails clean, and making healthy food choices. Headmistress Ms Harmeet Kaur emphasised the importance of following healthy habits and encouraged students to practise these routines independently. She highlighted how such habits help children become responsible, confident, self-reliant, and healthy individuals. The assembly concluded with a joyful reminder that small healthy choices every day help us grow happier and stronger.
