EDUVISION 4.0: SHAPING FUTURE READY EDUCATION

EduVision 4.0, the Haryana Progressive School Conference, was held on 15 December 2025 at The Taj Palace, New Delhi, bringing together policymakers, education leaders, and teachers to deliberate on innovation and leadership in school education, organised by the Haryana Progressive Schools Conference (HPSC) in collaboration with The Times of India and NBT. The event opened with a welcome address by Mr. Rohit Sharma, Director, The Times of India, and Mr. Suresh Chander, President, HPSC.

The keynote address by Mr. Sanjay Kumar, Secretary, Department of School Education, focused on National Education Policy reforms, the three-language formula, assessment transformation, skill-based education, and the importance of competency building and critical thinking to harness India’s demographic advantage by Vision 2047.

A panel discussion on Student Well-Being and Holistic Learning featured eminent educationists, including Mr. Sanyam Bharadwaj, Controller of Examinations, CBSE. The discussion highlighted competency-based assessment, student mental health, teachers as first responders, lifestyle concerns, and the need for a structured wellness curriculum in schools.

Renowned writer and mythologist Mr. Devdutt Patnaik captivated the audience through his session “Vikram aur Vetaal”, where he emphasised the importance of nurturing curiosity in students’ minds as the foundation of meaningful learning.

The conference concluded with an inspiring session by Mr. Ashish Vidyarthi, who spoke on purpose, resilience, and continuous growth, leaving participants motivated and reflective.
