LAUNCH OF COMPETENCY BULDING PROGRAM (CBP)

The academic year commenced with the launch of the Competency Building Program (CBP) under the theme EXCELLENCE – Honing Interdisciplinary Skills. The session aimed to equip students with practical knowledge and skillsets that bridge academic learning with real-world application.

We had the privilege of hosting Mr. Ashmit Bansal, a Chartered Certified Accountant and co-founder of fintech ventures NeedAutomations and DCSPRO. An alumnus of our very own institution, welcoming Mr. Bansal back to campus was a moment filled with pride and nostalgia. His journey from these very corridors to the global fintech arena served as an inspiration to all.

Mr. Bansal delivered a highly engaging and insightful session, focusing on key aspects of business development such as cost management, transition planning, marketing strategy, budgeting, funding acquisition, and revenue forecasting. He guided students with clarity and relevance, helping them critically evaluate and refine their business plans while encouraging innovation and sustainability.

The interaction saw enthusiastic participation from students, who posed thoughtful questions and shared their ideas with great interest. Mr. Bansal’s approachable style, practical advice, and personalized feedback made the session both informative and aspirational.

The session concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks, leaving students motivated to pursue excellence with vision and value—truly embodying the spirit of the Competency Building Program.
