The Parent Orientation Session for the academic session 2025-26 was successfully conducted on Saturday, March 29, 2025, at GD Goenka Public School, Sector 48, Gurugram. This meticulously planned session aimed to provide parents with a profound understanding of the school’s philosophy, academic structure, and co-curricular engagements, ensuring that they felt confident and reassured about their child's journey at GD Goenka. Parents were cordially welcomed by the school leadership and faculty and ushered into the Conference Hall, where they were introduced to the school’s ethos—its unwavering commitment to nurturing future-ready global citizens through innovation, excellence, and holistic development.

The Headmistress, Ms. Shalini Tandon, conducted an insightful and comprehensive presentation, immersing parents in the school's dynamic learning ecosystem. She elaborated on pioneering initiatives such as I Discover Me, ICLP (Integrated Curriculum Learning Program), Harmony, CTP , Experiential Learning, and Art-Integrated Learning, each meticulously designed to cultivate critical thinking, creativity and problem-solving skills. Furthermore, she introduced specialized programs like ICT 360, Makerspace, Stemplify, and the Multidisciplinary Approach, which integrate cutting-edge technology and interdisciplinary learning to foster innovation and adaptability in students.

The session also illuminated various student engagement platforms that extend learning beyond textbooks, such as Goenkan MUN, House Competitions, Class Assemblies, Subject Weeks, Student-Led Clubs, and Mentoring & Monitoring (M & M). These initiatives exemplify the school’s holistic approach, ensuring that students evolve into well-rounded individuals with a deep sense of responsibility, leadership, and collaboration. The subject assessment system, Olympiads and subject expert sessions were also discussed, providing parents with a clear perspective on the rigorous academic framework that shapes intellectual excellence at GD Goenka.
