ASSEMBLY-BUILDING CONFIDENCE AND SELF BELIEF

(APRIL 24, 2025)

"Believe you can, and you're halfway there." – Theodore Roosevelt

A confident mind is the key to success, and the morning assembly provided a platform for students to express themselves, build leadership skills, and grow in confidence. The students of class 4 D hosted an inspiring assembly on the theme “Building Confidence and Self-Belief,” highlighting the importance of self-trust, embracing challenges, and learning from mistakes on the path to growth and success.

The assembly began with an uplifting poem on self-belief and resilience, followed by the school anthem, sung proudly by all students, setting a lively tone for the morning. This was followed by the Thought of the Day and school news, confidently delivered by the young Goenkan reporters through their creative segment, “GOENKAN’S NEST.”

To further emphasize the theme, students performed short role-plays based on real-life situations—such as overcoming stage fright, encouraging a nervous friend, and learning through mistakes. These skits resonated deeply with the audience, offering practical ways to nurture confidence every day. All the students participated with enthusiasm, and their confident voices, expressive performances, and teamwork truly brought the message to life.

The assembly was graced by Headmistress Ms. Shalini Tandon, a constant source of inspiration. She addressed the gathering, appreciating the dedication and effort of the students, and encouraged everyone to believe in themselves, take on challenges bravely, and always strive to do their best. The assembly concluded with the National Anthem fostering a sense of pride and unity among all.
