ASSEMBLY-STRIVING FOR EXCELLENCE

Class 5E conducted an inspiring assembly on the theme “Striving for Excellence.” The programme opened with a warm welcome followed by a serene morning prayer that set a positive tone for the day. Motivational thoughts presented in English, Hindi, French, and Sanskrit highlighted the importance of hard work, discipline, and a growth mindset.

The student-led news segment, “Goenkan – Super Se Bhi Upar,” provided crisp updates on national, international, sports, weather, and school events, showcasing the confidence and communication skills of the young reporters.

A thoughtful poem on excellence reminded everyone that true achievement lies in perseverance and the courage to rise after every setback. This was followed by an impactful presentation on inspirational leaders like Swami Vivekananda, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, Mahatma Gandhi, and Sunita Williams, emphasizing how dedication and strong values shape extraordinary journeys.

Students also pledged to follow virtues such as consistency, curiosity, teamwork, and responsibility. A lively call-and-response activity engaged the entire audience.

The assembly concluded with encouraging words from Principal Ma’am Shalini, appreciating the efforts of Class 5E. The programme successfully motivated everyone to aim high and pursue excellence in all aspects of life.
