ASSEMBLY-TRUSTING YOURSELF TO ACHIEVE GREAT THINGS

“Great things happen when you trust the power within you.”

The students of Class VI–F of GD Goenka Public School, Sector 48, Gurugram, presented an inspiring and empowering assembly on the theme “Trusting Yourself to Achieve Great Things” on December 2, 2025.

The assembly highlighted the importance of self-belief and inner strength in overcoming challenges. It began with a soulful prayer, followed by the Thought of the Day shared in English, Hindi, French, and Sanskrit, reinforcing the message that self-trust is the foundation of success. The news segment—covering National, International, Sports, Weather, and School News—kept the audience informed and engaged.

A heart-touching skit titled “The Little Voice Within” dramatized the journey of a shy girl who discovers confidence by believing in herself. The quick interactive quiz based on the skit added enthusiasm and ensured active participation from the audience.

This was followed by a powerful presentation on Inspirational Personalities such as Mary Kom, Milkha Singh, Sudha Chandran, Ratan Tata, A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, and Lionel Messi, showcasing how self-belief helped them achieve greatness despite challenges. A vibrant dance performance on “Kar Har Maidaan Fateh” further energized the atmosphere.

The assembly concluded with encouraging words from the respected Principal Ma’am and the headmistress, followed by the School Anthem.

The assembly by Class VI–F was vibrant, motivating, and beautifully executed, leaving the audience inspired to trust themselves and stride confidently toward their goals.
